It includes information you submit when you register to use our site, search for a product, place a purchase, or report a problem with our site, goods, or services. Your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number, as well as financial and credit card information, may be included in the information you provide us.

Information about you that we gather

We will automatically gather the following information about each of your visits to our site:
Technical information such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type, and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, device type, and language setting
information about your visits, such as the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through, and from our site (including date and time), products and categories you viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to specific pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to navigate away from the page, and any phone number used to call our customer service number
We acquire this personal information through the use of cookies, server logs, and other similar technologies.
Tracking technologies used by us or our chosen third parties for automatic data collecting may include:

Web Beacons: Web pages and emails may contain tiny electronic files known as web beacons (also referred but not limited to clear gifs. pixel tags and single-pixel gifs).
For our website – this allows us to count people who have visited specific pages or opened an email, among other Web Site data (for example, recording the popularity of certain Web Site content and verifying system and server integrity).
Within our emails – this informs us if you opened an email, how frequently you opened it, how you interacted with the email (for example, how much time you spent reading the email), which email program and web browser you used, which device you used, and your IP address. Web beacons are also used to help us display emails in the optimum format for your device. We use web beacons to help us manage the material on the Web Site and the emails we send to you by alerting us which content is effective.
Link Tracking: Each of our emails has a number of hyperlinks, each with its own tag. When you click on one of these links, you will be instantly transferred to our mailing company’s server, which will log the click. You will then be taken to the appropriate page on our website. This procedure allows us to determine who has visited our website after clicking on a link in an email. This information is used to personalize future communications to you.
Please visit our Cookie Policy for more information.
Each newsletter email you sign up to receive from us gathers the following information:
Information about you is collected using industry-standard methods, such as pixels that monitor email openings (if images are enabled in your email client/mailbox). This is the industry-standard method for monitoring open and click rates, and it is utilized by all email systems.
All links in emails are sent through a link redirection service, which collects data for each link visited. This sets off a chain of events that includes:
Type of event (delivery, bounce, open, click, spam complaint, unsubscribe)
The recipient’s email address (which you will have provided)
The recipient’s IP address (in the case of open and click)
GEO location determined by IP address (at the city level) (in the case of open and click)
Type of device (mobile/computer/tablet) and browser (e.g., Firefox/Chrome/Safari).
If you do not want this information gathered, deactivate and do not access photographs in your email program.

Tracking Technologies Like Cookies

To recognize you from other users of our website, we utilize cookies and similar industry standard tracking technology (collectively “Cookies”). This enables us to offer you a positive browsing experience while also allowing us to enhance our website. See our Cookie Policy for more information on the cookies and similar tracking technologies we use, as well as the purposes for which we use them.

Cookies (or browser cookies): Like numerous other websites, we utilize “cookies,” which are little files stored on your computer’s hard disc. Cookies assist us in identifying account holders and optimizing their buying experience. (See also Section 2 Cookies.) Regarding our website – Our Cookies and other tracking technologies (described above) also enable us to keep items in a shopping cart when a user leaves the Web Site without checking out, track an order, monitor an order number/value, or track purchases made through the website. Within our emails – they help us analyze how you engage with our emails and are used to better future email conversations. Cookies may be set at the same time as you download, open, or read an email from us if you have enabled your computer to automatically show photos, or if you have added us to your email “address book” (or “safe senders” list), or if you have configured your computer to have “weak” security. If you don’t want this to happen, stop the automatic display of photographs, delete us from your address book, or tighten your security settings.
